Access to only the portions of the venue indicated
Access to the catering kitchen and restrooms with upstairs and full venue rental
Access to the covered porch, bistro porch, and the courtyard
Farmhouse tables and black folding chairs to seat up to 150; 2 specialty tables; buffet tables

Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm and music must be turned off at this time. Cars must be removed from the property before 10:30pm or fines will result.
